Everyone now prefers the taste of fresh coffee made from fresh beans. The simple choice of black or white coffee has become espresso, latte or cappuccino. The norm until recently was coffee made from instant coffee granules.Amazing to think now, but few complained when we got horrible tasting coffee in a nasty plastic cup. However as we approach the end of the first decade of the 21st century we insist on a lot more from our coffee and coffee vending machines.

Real bean coffee vending machines today must start with real arabica coffee beans. For optimal flavor the beans need to be gently heated and then ground prior to brewing. This produces a cup of fresh coffee to the purchaser.Choose between the options of fresh or dry milk. Fresh milk has the great taste but is difficult to handle as the milk needs to be kept refrigerated and there is a time-consuming job of cleaning the machine on a daily basis. However, today there are now machines that use powdered milk - the taste is still superb and fresh brewed - however there is no need for refrigeration and the cleaning routine is a simple weekly one.

These stylishly-looking hard wearing stainless machines vend latte to cappuccino to Americano to espresso as well as hot chocolate drinks made with real chocolate powder and offer tea. Your other decision is whether to use a machine with a coin slot or to take payment separately.

These machines fit in wherever they are needed from small offices to large factory canteens. Anywhere where great coffee is required. But before you buy or lease a machine, make sure you ask for a tasting. These Italian-made machines vending coffee efficiently so saving time and effort. Your customers will be happy with the great taste and you will be happy with the convenience and cost effectiveness.

I'm eager to hear your comments...

I'm sure you've seen the now famous old time photo on T shirts with the guy literally vibrating with the saying "Coffee; Is the Planet shaking or is it just me?"

Granted that's humorous. But the reason it's funny, is because it's true. We only really think things are funny when we can relate to them in some way and for us to really relate well there must be at least a little bit of truth to it.

Did you know, when polled, most coffee drinkers said they would like to try a coffee alternative if one existed that actually worked and that didn't taste like recycled motor oil (Ok, I added the motor oil bit, but you get the point).

You know, we all have our own personal reasons why we want to get off coffee and I respect that, however I have compiled a few just to illustrate a couple of the reasons why I no longer drink the stuff.

The top ten reasons you should find a good coffee alternative right now are
1.You haven't blinked since our last lunar eclipse.
2.You get a speeding ticket even when you're still parked.
3. The nurse needs a scientific calculator to take your pulse.
4.You sleep with your eyes wide open.
5. The only time you're standing still is during an earthquake.
6. Your eyes stay open when you sneeze.
7. You chew on other people's fingernails.
8. You're so jittery that people use your hands to blend their margaritas.
9. Your only source of nutrition comes from "Sweet & Low."
10. Charles Manson thinks you need to calm down.

We all know we really want to get off this addictive rollercoaster we call Java but what are the coffee alternatives out there? Is there really a coffee alternative that works?

Well, yes there is, it's a South American herb called Yerba Mate that the natives of the regions of Paraguay, Argentina, Uruguay and Brazil have been drinking for Centuries.

It has the power to Invigorate the mind and energize the body without giving you the jitters the shakes or the dreaded Crash! And It can do all this while supplying you with one of the world's most potent antioxidants to help keep you healthy and well.

There are two problems however:

1. Yerba Mate all by itself will not amount to much of a mainstream coffee alternative without the help of some other herbs like Catuaba and Pata De Vaca. These really turbo charge it to really give you that ultra crisp sharpness that a North American connoisseur demands.

2. It has to still be Green and Unroasted or most of the nutritional and antioxidant benefits are destroyed. It must also be Organically grown because some of the pesticides they use in those countries have long since been banned from use in the USA. And of course if it's Organic then they aren't using any sprays at all.

So, does a viable alternative to coffee really exist? Sure it does and I drink it every day. You Just have to find a blend of the herbs Yerba Mate, Catuaba and Pata De Vaca.

Once you find your perfect combination of these herbs your search for a viable coffee alternative that works will finally be over. And you will be a happy camper who doesn't get the jitters and no longer crashes just like me.

What are your thoughts on the subject?

If an individual is a coffee drinker, the first priority to loving a cup of coffee is the brewed beverage itself.Specifically, an individual who likes their cup of coffee wants that hot drink to be fresh and flavorful.

In addition, to the drink itself, another important aspect to enjoying a cup of coffee is the coffee cup. Therefore, there are a number of coffee cups that are available for the individual that could enhance this simple pleasure.

For example a coffee cup may be a special cup given by a member of a family and may have special meaning.Or a coffee cup may keep the coffee quite warm while the individual is working at their job.Additionally, another type of coffee cup that is popular for a coffee drinker is just a plain old coffee mug.

Types

There are lots of cups available on the market for an individual to use. Some of these coffee cups are quite practical in nature while some provide an air of elegance or some are just designed to function as a receptacle for that cup coffee.

For example a coffee cup that might provide an air of elegance can be a cup and saucer that may be made of bone china. This type of cup can be used in a formal setting or can be utilized at special dinner parties.

In addition, an individual’s favorite coffee cup could be a personalized cup. Examples of these types of coffee cups can be a cup that has the picture of a grandchild, a cup with a special logo on it or one that may have other sentimental value.

Also, there are the standard types of coffee mugs that are rugged and heavy and are simply designed to hold a good cup of coffee. Often these types of coffee cups are fairly inexpensive and therefore can be taken to the garage, outdoor patio, etc.

Thermal

In addition, there are those coffee cups that are practical in nature. Examples of those types of cups could include a thermos drinking cup that allows the commuter to keep their coffee hot as they commute from home to work.

Additionally, this type of coffee cup helps to prevent spills while the person is driving. This is accomplished as the lid to the thermos cup provides a tight seal which prevents the coffee from spilling out.Additionally, constructed on top of the cup is a pullback tab which allows for the person to drink from the exposed aperture on the lid. In fact, there is a single cup coffee maker that combines the brewing of a cup of coffee with this type of container and allows the brewed coffee to flow directly into the thermos cup.

Instant coffee keeps a lot of people going these days. A lot of people around the country rely on instant coffee to wake them up in the morning and get them going through the day. In fact, studies show that millions of people around the country look for instant coffee as soon as they get out of bed in the morning. If you are one of those people who find it very hard to keep your eyes awake early in the morning, you should try drinking instant coffee instead of running to the nearest Starbucks shop and buy those expensive brews. Yes, Starbucks coffee does taste really good but if you do not want to end up paying a lot of money on a single cup of coffee, you might as well drink instant coffee at home and save money. You will be amazed at how much money you can actually save if you go for instant coffee brands instead of those expensive brews.

Choosing The Right Brands

Certain instant coffee brands are preferred by most because of their taste, texture, strength and price. As a regular coffee drinker, you need to know which instant coffee brands give you the most satisfaction. Most of the old instant coffee brands are very good and since they have been around for many years, the makers of these old coffee brands have already perfected the taste of their blend. If your parents are avid instant coffee drinkers, they should know a lot of about these old dependable instant coffee brands. To get to know more about these oldtime coffee brands, check out the cupboards of your parents’ home. They should have some of those older instant coffee brands stashed away inside their cupboards.

Although most old instant coffee brands are quite good, they are not really the only ones that can capture your taste and your imagination. There are new instant coffee brands out there that are really good. A lot of new companies have developed new techniques to make instant coffee taste a lot better. In fact, organic instant coffee is now available in your favorite supermarkets so if you want to have a healthy brew every morning, you can always rely on organic coffee to give you that healthy perk. According to experts, organic coffee is better than traditionally produced coffee because they do not contain any chemicals that may be harmful to your health. Yes, organic coffee mat cost most than the traditionally made one but if you value your health, why not spend a few more dollars on your brew?

It seems like coffee is something that we just cannot live without, so a good coffee maker is important. A Zojirushi coffee maker can be just what you need to brew a good cup of coffee and keep it fresh for the next several hours. There are many coffee makers on the market, but this one is relatively unheard of as coffee makers go.

Most coffee makers brew a decent cup of coffee, but the big question is how long will that cup of coffee stay fresh. This is what puts a Zojirushi coffee maker ahead of the rest. Your coffee will be kept fresh for hours due to the unique carafe. The brewing of the coffee is don directly into a thermal pot. This keeps the coffee warm without causing it to be overcooked as a result of sitting over a heating element as is common with most traditional coffee makers.

This coffee maker comes with a 1.A thermal carafe that is made of stainless steel and holds 5 liters of liquid. It has an electric clock/timer with a preset function, an auto shutoff function and os 1025 watts. It comes with a an easy-to-read water gauge and a unique brew-and-serve lid design. This coffee maker comes with a 1-year warranty and has dimensions of 15×12x9.

The world takes the quality of its coffee seriously. If you are one of these people, you can go wrong with a Zojirushi coffee maker. This coffee maker got reviews that were somewhat mixed. Out of 433 reviews, the average rating was 4 out of 5. Many people were extremely pleased with the performance and output of this item.

It seemed that the people that gave this product a poor review said the product stopped working within a year and the repair policy appears to be expensive and cumbersome. Some of other problems that seem to be common were the slow speed with which the coffee is dispensed and the size of the coffee filters. it requires a number 3 , which is not easy to find. You will get a quality cup of coffee for several hours after brewing.

Many Americans would be lost without a cup of coffee when they wake up?

Coffee has engrainged itself into American culture as the breakfast drink of choice. Millions of Americans wake up and plug in their coffee pot and wait for a freshly cup of brewed coffee. The usual coffee makers in the states.S. are drip coffee makers and coffee urns. Drip coffee makers do just that, they drip water through the ground up coffee and the end results is the coffee leaking into the coffee pot or carafe waiting below. Coffee urns, or sometimes referred to as a coffee pot boils the water into the ground coffee. The end result is somewhat different tasting than a drip pot but both methods work and is usually seen as a matter of taste. Some coffee lovers do not like coffee urns because they find they can scorch the coffee.

Kraft foods, well known for their diary products, owns Gevalia coffee, a popular brand of coffee in North America. A Gevalia coffee pot can often be purchased for free or very cheaply, with coffee due to the many special offers Gevalia runs on a regular basis.

There are dozens if not hundreds of offerings for coffee makers and coffee pots out in the consumer market available for purchase. They can range from $20 to as high as hundreds of dollars, depending upon on how fancy you want to get. Coffee makers can be single cup, multiple cup up to dozens depending upon the wants and needs of the users.

Most coffee makers sell the pots or karafes seperately in the event yours should break and need a replacement. Replacements can sometimes be purchased at the store or ordered online. In some cases, it's more economical to purchase a new coffee maker, however.

In closing, Coffee pots come in all shapes and sizes and some even have differing methods of brewing which are unique to each brand and style.

One of the key elements in preparing a good cup of coffee is through the use of a coffee grinder. This is due to the fact that the fundamental process in brewing a cup of coffee is the freshness of coffee. Therefore, a coffee grinder is a critical part in the preparation of brewing this beverage.

This is due to the fact that once the coffee bean has been ground in preparation for brewing, it begins to lose its freshness and taste. Generally, this breakdown in freshness and flavor begins following two days after being ground. Subsequently, to maximize freshness and flavor is important to delay the grinding of the coffee bean if the individual wishes to maximize the taste of their coffee.

Therefore, if looking for a coffee grinder, it is important to know that there are a number of products on the market. Specifically some of those products can be powered through electricity and some grinders are called manual coffee grinders. Subsequently, if considering a manual coffee grinder it is important to know how this particular grinder works and features that may one may want to consider before purchasing.

What Is A Manual Coffee Grinder?

One of the grinders that an individual may wish to consider when thinking about grinding their whole coffee beans, is the purchase of a manual coffee grinder. Specifically, a manual coffee grinder is an old time looking coffee grinder in which the whole beans are placed in a bowl that is affixed on the top of a small wooden cabinet. This bowl contains grinding burrs that help in crushing the whole coffee beans.

Once the whole beans are placed into the bowl then the handle that is attached to the top of the bowl is moved by hand in a circular fashion. Subsequently, as the handle is turned the coffee beans are broken up and ground so that they are ready for brewing.

In addition, as the coffee is ground-up, it then filters down beneath the grinding bowl into a drawer which captures the grounded coffee.

Benefits of Using a Manual Coffee Grinder

When considering a manual coffee grinder, there are a number of benefits to consider. Some of those benefits include the fact that this process can take considerable time when compared to the use of electric coffee maker with grinder or other electric coffee grinder.. Specifically the benefit to this is that the coffee drinking process is prolonged and therefore becomes more enjoyable because of the smells released and anticipation of brewing a fresh cup of coffee.

There is no need of electricity for this type of coffee grinder so it can be taken anywhere and utilized. It can be used on camping trips or in the situation of a power failure.

I'm eager to hear your comments...

If you love to start your day with a cup of coffee, you should know you can make your coffee taste so much better and fresher if you use a coffee grinder to crush the beans yourself. This causes your coffee to taste better because the grounds haven't had time to oxidize due to exposure to air.

By using a coffee grinder, you can crush just enough coffee thta is required at any given time. So you don't need to worry about your grounds going stale.

When you buy ground coffee at the grocery store, it goes stale the longer you store it. It may even be stale by the time you buy it. You don't have to worry about that when you buy whole coffee beans because the shell of the bean protects the freshness inside. So when you crush the beans with your coffee grinder, the freshness is released directly to your coffee.

Coffee grinders come in three basic types, the burr, the crusher and the blade grinder. Of which our personal favorite has to be the Kitchenaid coffee grinder. Like anything, each type of grinder has its pros and cons, which will have an effect on the taste of the coffee you make from the grounds.

The Blade Grinder

The most common coffee grinder is the blade grinder. It is the most popular because it is the least expensive and it produces grounds that make superior tasting coffee when compared to store bought grounds. These coffee grinders are also easy to clean and very durable.

There are some disadvantages to a blade coffee grinders however. They do not produce a fine ground or a ground that is uniform. For this reason, they cannot be used to grind coffee for espresso. Also, the blades spin rapidly and create friction that produces heat, which can have an effect upon the grounds and might cause them to taste somewhat bitter.

The Burr Grinder

Burr coffee grinders come in two types, conical burr grinders and flat wheel grinders. Of these the conical burr coffee grinder is the most popular because it spins at a slow rate and does not impart heat to the grounds. Flat wheel grinders spin at a rapid rate and heat up the grounds, which can negatively affect the flavor.

The conical burr grinder is a popular choice for coffee lovers although it is more expensive than a blade grinder. The advantages of a conical burr is that they spin at a relatively slow speed so the ground coffee does not heat up. One such example is the Capresso Infinity conical burr which is getting a lot of praise throughtout the coffee world. Conical burr's also offer the most uniform ground size, and they can produce a very fine grind for making Turkish coffee.

Owning a conical coffee grinder does not have many disadvantages at all. It is somewhat noisy and more difficult to clean. It costs more than a blade coffee grinder but it produces a better tasting coffee.

The Crusher Grinder

A coffee crusher is one of the least popular coffee grinders. They work just like the name implies, by crushing the coffee bean. These produce coffee grounds of varying size, which can produce inferior coffee.

Conclusion

When you are shopping for a particular type of coffee grinder, think about how easy it is to use and clean. Consider the amount of beans that can be processed and the consistency of the coffee grounds produced. Compare the price tags. almost all coffee grinders will produce coffee that is superior to coffee that is made from buying store bought grounds.

Specifically, many individuals say that a hand grinder is being grinding joys of coffee connoisseurs. As it is a quiet way of grinding whole beans so one can enjoy a quality cup of coffee. In addition, a hand coffee grinder may provide a more uniform grinding of the coffee bean. Also, because this type of coffee grinder does not require electricity, the individual may use this style of coffee grinder at home or can take this particular kitchen tool on camping trips or other excursions were electricity is not available.

Elaborate Or Simple

If an individual decides upon an electric grinder, there are other choices that can be made in regards to features that the grinder may include. For example some of those features may include the fact that a higher priced coffee grinder will be fairly quiet and may not generate significant amounts of heat. The coffee bean and the essential flavors and oils are protected in an electric grinder

Air is the enemy of all coffee drinkers. Once air comes in contact with your coffee grinds, they begin to lose their flavor. Ground coffee when bought is vacuum sealed by the manufacturer but once opened the coffee immediately begins to lose its freshness. The best manner to ensure that your coffee is as tasty as possible is to buy whole coffee beans and grind then yourself as you need them.

To ensure great tasting coffee grind your coffee beans right before you brew your coffee. Do you know the best way to grind your coffee? Knowing how to grind your coffee is an important step in making fantastic coffee.

Different types of ground coffee are needed for different types of coffee. For the freshest and best coffee you need to grind your own coffee beans.

Of course for the real coffee fanatics and connesieurs you may want to invest in a complete bean to cup coffee machine such as the delonghi ESAM5400
.

Percolator/ French Press Coffee

If you plan on brewing your coffee with a percolator or a French Press coffee maker then you’ll need a coarser grind. Place the coffee beans in your coffee grinder and tap the grind button a few times as you would use the pulse feature on your food processor.

The aim is that the beans should be broken up into tiny pieces. If the grinds look like a powder then you have over indulged in the grinding, time to statt again. Just simply tap the button do not hold it done.

Automatic drip coffee makers

Automatic drip coffee makers work best with medium grinds. Picture the grinds that you’d find in a can of supermarket coffee. Those are medium grinds. They can be described as looking like brown sand. Try and grind the coffee beans until it looks like brown sand. In this situation ensure that you do not get carried away and over grind the coffee beans. For best results in an automatic coffee machine the coffee must not be ground to fine.

Espresso maker

Finally if your using an espresso maker, you want those fine powdery grinds that you’ve been trying to avoid when making coarse and medium grinds. Grind away at the coffee beans untill is very finely ground. One of the best espresso coffee makers that we recommend is the Delonghi EC710
